Can I email my account pause requests?

Unfortunately, LeadWerx can not accept requests to manage account "pauses" via email or voicemail. Due to the often time sensitive nature of pause requests, LeadWerx is unable to retrieve and process agent requests to pause or remove pauses from their accounts via email or voicemail.
