If you find that a sales lead has inaccurate information, such as a bad telephone number, you can request a replacement lead. The warranty request must be done within 7 days of the lead being delivered to you. Please click on the following link for a full description of our Lead Replacement Policy.

"Real time leads" are the only leads available through LeadWerx. LeadWerx does not supply aged leads or reuse old leads. Leads are sent to lead buyers (i.e. agents, producers) within moments of being generated on consumer websites.

No. LeadWerx can not guarantee you will make a sale from the lead you purchase through us. However, we do guarantee that the sales lead information will be accurate to ensure you have the best chance possible to convert the lead into a sale.

The leads available through LeadWerx are checked for quality in a number of ways including; Ensuring the name matches the phone number with a reverse telephone look up, cross checking the lead submitter's IP address against the area code of the telephone number and not allowing leads from any websites that improperly induce submissions (i.e. Submit this form to win a prize or enter a contest). In addition, LeadWerx offers a warranty for bad leads.

Unlike other lead companies, LeadWerx allows agents to start and stop their lead campaign for free, any time, any day with just a few clicks. There are no limits on your ability to pause your lead flow, as you have complete control through your LeadWerx agent dashboard online 24/7. If you are going on vacation, need time to work the leads you've already received or just want stop receiving leads for a while, you can do so by "pausing" your campaign. To do so, go to My Account >> Edit Account >> Global lead campaign settings. From here set the beginning date and end date of your campaign's pause (also referred to as "vacation mode"). There is no need to call us, there are no fees and there are no hassles in managing your lead flow.

A lead cap, indicates the maximum number of times a shared sales lead can be sold. For example, a lead cap of 5 indicates that a lead may be sold up to five different times. It is the potential maximum number of times a lead can be sold. However, leads will not necessarily be sold that many times if there aren't enough buyers of the leads. Some lead generators sell leads with a lead cap of 8, 9 or even 10. Which means, as an insurance agent, there may be 8 or 9 other agents calling the same prospect. LeadWerx maintains one of the lowest lead caps in the industry at 5. However, our shared leads are sold on average less than 2 times.

A shared lead, is a lead that can be sold multiple times. LeadWerx leads can only be sold up to 5 times. However, the average shared lead is sold on average less than twice through the LeadWerx platform.

Exclusive leads, are sales leads that are only sold once. Unlike shared leads, which may be sold multiple times to a customer.

Through our experience, we've found we are best suited to help call centers, advertising agencies, lead resellers, insurance carriers, internet companies and other groups with the infrastructure to manage high volume marketing campaigns targeting large geographic areas. Groups with marketing campaigns resulting in statistically significant data sets most benefit from the campaign optimizations and collaboration LeadWerx can provide. Unfortunately, LeadWerx is not an ideal fit for groups with smaller marketing campaigns, such as retail insurance agents targeting small geographic areas.

Unfortunately, LeadWerx can not accept requests to manage account "pauses" via email or voicemail. Due to the often time sensitive nature of pause requests, LeadWerx is unable to retrieve and process agent requests to pause or remove pauses from their accounts via email or voicemail. LeadWerx empowers agents to manage and control their insurance sales lead accounts autonomously. That means agents are in full control of when, and how many, leads they receive. To set a new account pause, please follow the steps below:

1) Log into your LeadWerx account using your unique User ID and Password.
2) Click on the "Account" button located on the top navigational menu
3) Click on the "Edit Account" tab
4) Find the section entitled "Global lead campaign settings"
5) From here, select the radio button option "Pause campaigns during dates below". If this option isn't selected, a pause will NOT be set.
6) Choose a beginning account pause date and ending account pause date. It is important to remember that leads will resume at midnight on the ending account pause date.
7) You must click on the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.

To cancel an account pause, before the ending date, follow steps 1-4 above. However, select the "Campaigns active" radio button to reactivate, or "unpause' the account and click "Save"

To return a lead for replacement consideration, please use the following steps:
1) Log into your account, using your user ID and password
2) Click on the "Account link", which will take you to your account dashboard
3) Once in your account, click on the "Request Replacement", located in the upper part of your dashboard.
4) Complete the online return form by noting A) the lead ID number, B) if you made contact with the lead C) reason for return and D) any additional comments that may be helpful
5) Once the lead is submitted for return, a LeadWerx staff member will verify the lead return and issue a replacement lead if appropriate. You will be notified via email of the lead returns's disposition.

There are no cancellation fees, termination fees or long term contracts of any kind. If an agent decides to cancel his or her LeadWerx account any unused funds are fully refundable.

Yes! Agents are in total control of their lead flow, including the number of leads they receive each day. Daily lead maximums are controlled on the campaign level. Meaning, agents set the maximum number leads they want to receive on a campaign by campaign basis. For example, agents can set one daily lead maximum for auto leads, while setting another for homeowner's insurance leads. To set, or change, the daily lead limit, first log into your account. Then click on "Account", then under "Order" towards the bottom of the page, click on the order number for the campaign you want to limit. Scroll down to find the text box that says "Daily Lead Maximum". Once there, type in the maximum number of leads you want to receive each day (i.e. "2"). Press save and you are done. You can change the daily lead maximum without restriction 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

There are no contracts, sign up fees, monthly minimums, minimum number of leads or any other obligation in using the LeadWerx system. LeadWerx provides a flexible, pay as you go system that is well suited for any marketing budget. Using a credit card, check or money order, agents make a $100 initial deposit to open an account. From there you select what type of leads you want to receive. As the leads are delivered to you, the price of the lead is deducted from your account balance. Once you reach $25, your account will be recharged with another $100 using the credit card on file. You can at any time, have your unused account balance credited back to your credit card or refunded to you. You have complete control over the maximum number of leads you receive each day and can pause the lead flow at any time using your online LeadWerx dashboard.

If you discover a lead has bad information, you can request a replacement be issued. Replacement requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the lead being delivered to you. Once logged into LeadWerx, click on Account on the top navigation menu. From there, click on request replacement. You will be asked to provide the lead ID number, the reason for the request and any comments relevant to the request. The request will be verified and a replacement lead will be issued immediately if applicable.
