What is the process for requesting a replacement lead?

If you discover a lead has bad information, you can request a replacement be issued. Replacement requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the lead being delivered to you. Once logged into LeadWerx, click on Account on the top navigation menu. From there, click on request replacement. You will be asked to provide the lead ID number, the reason for the request and any comments relevant to the request. The request will be verified and a replacement lead will be issued immediately if applicable.
